First of all, thank for your cookbook, it’s awesome
I have some little questions/fix:

so create /var/data/plex:

but in compose file:

volumes:
- /var/data/config/plex:/config

imho it is better use “/var/data/plex:/config” for plex library and /var/data/config/plex for env and compose file
